Exchange Policy for Mesh Back Cowboy Co.

At MBC Co., we are committed to providing you with the best hats possible. We understand that sometimes you may wish to make an exchange for a different hat. Please review our exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

   - We only offer exchanges, and returns for refunds are not accepted.

   - You may initiate an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

   - The hat must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

   - Personalized or custom caps cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or have an error caused by MBC Co.

2. Exchange Process

   - To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Meshbackcowboy@outlook.com. They will guide you through the process.

   - Pack the cap securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the package.

3. Shipping Costs

   - Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your hat and the prompt delivery of the replacement.

4. Replacement Cap

   - Once we receive your hat and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.

   - You can choose a replacement hat of equal or lesser value from our available inventory.

   - If the replacement hat is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

   - If you receive a defective cap or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will cover all associated return and exchange costs.
